What do you think of a de-badged grill???

What does anyone think about the de-badge grill you can get for the leon? Anyone purchased one? And how does it look on the car???

I like the idea of a de badged grill. Have seen a pic on here of one. Do a search for debadged grill. Unfortunately i dont think it looks very nice, looks just like someone has nicked it. But its a matter of taste i guess.

Definately a matter of taste, I like my badge where it is and don't feel the need to hide it! Also think it looks like its been stolen! Why not get a black badge instead??

I don't think it looks that great without the badge... Ive also seen one paint black looked Ok but i like the badge... Down to personal taste in the end...

I've always been in two minds about the S badge. It is very prominent and slightly overpowering as it comes, but removing it draws attention to the bonnet close line (I think) which just looks a bit untidy.

Having said that I like the look of Rookwise's badgeless grill - and removing the chrome strips is a definite improvement whatever else is done (for me). I'm not sure how well it would work on a darker car, say, Imperial Blue, though

As been said can be all down to your tastes, i prefer the Superman S off the car, illusion of a lower front end to me...

to be honest i think its looks pants leave the S in. Although slicks looks pretty good wid the cupra r bumper. wud be good if it was made into a air feed to go direct to your induction kit like they do on some light conversion for track cars.
