Random beeps

I was having a spirt drive today and went round a roundabout in 3rd then give it the beans to come off and as i did it heard to 2 beeps, like the one you get when your low on fuel. No lights on dash and car seems fine...any ideas?

could be low brake fluid, as you were nailing it round corners?

or washer fluid??

could be the fact the fuels moved in the tank if your low and has triggered the sensor?

It was only serviced its 20K 2K ago......how can I check the brake fluid???

Look in the brake fluid reservoir towards the back of the engine bay. I think there's a line which your fluid level should be above.

Brake fluid reservoir is a bit of an arse to get to, quite tricky to pour anything in without spilling, if I remember....

probably the outside temp has dropped then risen again or something

first time it done it to be i pulled over and sat for ten mins working it out still gets me everytime

My car doesn't beep to tell me theres not much washer fluid it just runs out and I nearly crashed into a lorry that covered my screen id salt and grime, lucky I was next to a petrol station!

thinking about it muddyboots might have one as he has the OEM zennons and OEM headlight washers
