I was worried the map wouldnt be good enough for it, but its brilliant, pulls loads better low down and the boost holds sooo much stronger and longer!

Get it back on the rollers! Sports CAT will improve overall performance and better torque.

Yep. Its only a little bit bigger than the k03 and the thing that restricts the turbo the most is the volume of air it shifts. You have a forge tip allowing more air on the intake side but the standard downpipe is v.restrictive. If you change that then I would expect more.

Also depends on your map.

The fmic wont give you anymore bhp just help keep the power there longer and cat back exhaust will be minimal if any improvement in power.

the power increase is awesome, seriously, I wasn't expecting anything like this..


seems to spool faster and boost is soo much harder and sooner..

and il agree with the boost holding..

good to know this i fitted a ko3s to mine before i put the engine me car, i was told that the turbo is the same as the ko3 but the wastegate is different

spooool up noise is awesome and the TIP has increased the induction noise. you hear it sucking away

Mine with same mods plus miltek DP on revo stage 1 pulled 230 BHP and 250 IBFT.

any one selling a k03s!!!!!!! i want one. One big problem though having a mortgage and wanting to modify your motor. I hate my mortgage. should have stayed at parents for life!

k03s is a good setup...I enjoyed my mine when i got mine back from star performance when they done the conversion for me!! Sure mine made 230bhp and was a nice increase from standard
