Hi All,

please can you confirm the questions below...

1, is the engine the same in the reference sport and the stylance (1.9tdi)

2 is the 1.9tdi 8v or 16v

3 is the 2.0tdi 8 or 16 v

Simply put, there are 3 engines in the TDI stable. The 1.9 is 105bhp and 8 valve, the 2.0 is 140 or 170 bhp and is (are) 16 valve. That's about all you need to know.

without looking, me thinks having a 1.9 limits you to 5 gears, i.e. no DSG or 6 sp. maybe focusy would be interested to know that too
