bridgestone cut slicks(size compatable)

i have came across some bridgestone potenza RE-01 R which are cut slicks only thng s they are 225/45/17...... will these fit on the front or rear with spacers? i would idealy like them for when i drag the car at pod and the wheels on my var are 215/40/17s and dont ru at all only thing is with the taller profile and with issues cheers....

why don't you buy Toyo R888? They are available in 205/40 17.

Should be ok as long as you don't lower it, it'll probably rub on full lock

thing is my mate is a tire fitter and a boke came in with an evo and wanted them off dont know why the tires are fine but dont want to get them on and they rub like a biatch. also the bigger tire/profile may slow me down 1/4mile even if it does help me getting off the line but is debatable
