many people have dyno'd k03s cars at 245-250bhp thats obviously cheapest way as you dont need to change injectors etc like you will with bigger turbo's such as the k04 (which isnt the easiest conversion!) many people seem to be doing the ATP GT2X conversion at the moment, not that cheap but your getting 280bhp

GT2x is a turbo by ATP (USA), when doing it you need to upgrade your injectors to bigger ones (LCR ones for e.g.), not 100% sure you need to change your manifold - but it would help - avaiable from atp aswell, S3 Tip, S3 MAF, 4 bar fpr and you'd also need the a few more bits - smae as if your going k03s- Sports Cat, FMIC etc.

Im going Ko4 for some sort of OEM reliability, not to say the GTx2 isnt!, just it works out costing a lot less for the K04 - As i worked it out.. But like you said, its quite an involved conversion in respect to sourcing all the parts etc.

im just going ko3s power nice and cheap so will work well for me and a good 240bhp will be nice.
