Bad stone chip

A large stone recently had a disagreement with the bonnet of my black LCR leaving a small dent and a deep scratch and stone chip. :(

I'm not bothered about getting the dent pressed out as it's barely noticeable. However, what's the best way to deal with the stone chip? It's approx 5mm x 3mm in size and has gone through to the metal.

I have Turtlewax and T-cut black polish but both have not managed to effectively fill the gap.

Any help much appreciated!

happened to me too mate - right in the centre of my bonnet ! :(

Couldn't live with it - so booked it into the dealer & got a full bonnet respray...

Good as new !! :D...however 220 squids lighter !

It's very difficult to try to mask a chip on the bonnet - but a touch up pen should make it look a bit better & will prevent rust setting in - I would do that ASAP in this weather !!

I'm continually applying the t-cut polish just now to keep the salt out!

Will see if Halfrauds have a touch up pen today.

My chip is right beside the S symbol - very noticeable. £220 sounds steep for just a bonnet respray.
