if you have a problem with the car that would not have happened had you not put alloys on it then yes, it will void it.

for instance, bigger heavier wheels will put more stress on your wheel bearings, so if you had a wheel bearing go, they could refuse to replace it due to the fact you have different whees on

it may effect warranty of some particular parts, as said eg wheel bearings, wishbones etc at they may argue thre would be an increase on the effort of these parts.
Perhaps even steering parts.

However for most things it should not effect it. They cant argue for example if the starter motor goes its due to alloys...
Most people experience is that warranties are not effected by mods unless the part that has failed is directly effected by the mod. and even then many dealers are helpful in anycase.

It would be unusual for the car to breakdown so that you cant drive it for parts potentially effected by alloys...

id not worry to much, i mean im sure they would sell you alloys as an option.
in short:
technically maybe,
in reality its most likely not going to be an issue.

yer, tbh mate the risk is so slim you may as well just do it and tbh I think it would take a majorly bad seat to argue anyway.

As far as i'm aware when i phoned the dealer, they said "yes and no" to any warantee invalidness.

If say i added new speakers to my car, it would invalidate the stereo warantee IF the speakers were the reason it died.

If when adding the speakers if i broke a few clips on the door panels, and then something went dodgy inside, it would affect it.

Changing tyres / wheels etc won't make any difference unless a problem happens because of them.
