Booked my Leon in for it's first Service on Monday. 10,000 miles.
Obviously as I only gave them a weeks notice they didn't have a courtesy car. -1 point.
The guy on service reception took the keys and booked it in.
Got a phone call from them at 12.00pm, all finished, come and collect it any time. +1 point.
So I go over after lunch to pick it up. Walk into the showroom at 1.00pm. Little sign on the Service Desk says "Out to Lunch, contact Sales Team for Help." -1 point.
So I have a word with one of the sales guys. He says don't worry, he'll be back in a minute and walks out of the showroom. The other sales guy is on the phone. I wait for 15 minutes before loosing my cool and demanding some service. - 5 points.
Eventually got my keys back, paid the bill and got back to the car. Not washed, -1 point.
Got back to the house, and opened up the drivers pack. No service book. Not just they didn't stamp it, but no book. - 1 point.
Rang them this morning, "yeah there's a note on your file that we couldn't find a service book". So they have got me another one, and I have to go over and pick it up. -1 point.
So overall, I just paid a main dealer £150 to change the oil, oil filter and top up the washer bottle.
I don't think so. Not again.
