Resetting MFA all the time :(

hi guys,

my mates car has developed an issue after his bulb in his boot went and we then blew a fuse, after that was all fixed he says this has now developed.


Basically every time he turns his engine over, or at least starts the car, all the values on the MFA reset to 0. Now i tried this on my own Cupra R and basically mine don't do this, they keep the values like average fuel and miles travelled etc all in the TRIP.

Anyone any ideas?

any ideas which one...i wouldn't think that would be due to a fuse...sounds a bit odd to me....surely clocks wouldn't work at all or something or the MFA wouldn't...but it still gets the values whilst drivingh...

just resets when he turns the key....grrrrrrrrrrrr
