Hey folks, ive been chatting with Dean and the exhaust is currently on its way down to me :D.
He has a Pelequin LSD on the car and its running 340Bhp. Really nice guy and was happy to have a chat about the car. Would love to be taken for a spin in it and wish i was picking the exhaust up from him so i could have a look at it but cant get the time to go.
The car has a Neodesign kit on it (mad cos its a rare kit and i have the same rear bumper but went for the LCR front).
Was talking about santa pod and hopefully can see if he fancies taking it up the strip on day next year. Should try and organise a meet on one of the RWYB Run What You Brung days and get a few of us there. Would love to see it going and there are a few of them weekends every year.
Oh yea he is currently looking at a respray (hope if he reads this he is ok about me saying) in a different metallic yellow.
Overall though an amazing car and one day im hoping that i can get mine to that sort of power (anyone got a presidents mask i can borrow, just popping down the bank  )

Oh yea, reckons the car is comfortable to drive around town but is an absolute animal when u put your foot down (aint had a good dry day to get it going properly), but controlable with the LSD on.

jonah , wot diff you got , how much and how much help was it getting the power down?

I have the Quaife ATB and without doubt it is the best mod (a diff) you can have for a high-power fwd car. The traction through corners is ridiculous and it does take some getting used to the fact that when you turn into a corner and apply throttle it pulls you further into the corner and blasts you out the otherside. Wet days are fun!!!

IMO it is essential if you are going BT.

Chassis first, power last. :drive2:

Fuel consumption is better too - getting 400 miles to the tank now (like I care).

The pod sounds good - never actually run there before even though it is right on my doorstep - fun to give it a go!

New turbo Kit

We have just finished Deans and Jonah's big turbo kits. Both guys were a pleasure to deal with, thanks guys!
Really pleased with the results on both cars. The base of the kit is identical to the kit we designed for the Audi TT/S3 Cupra R. We just needed to redesign the exhaust sports cat section and run the charge pipe the other way around. Forge have built us a custom FMIC to use with the kit. It all fits beautifully and the performance is awesome. Compared to the heavier 4 wheel drive TT and S3, the leaon is very lively! In fact an LSD is a must in my opinion.
The kits are now available to be fitted at our development centre or supply only for fitting by a competent person.
We are just sorting out sponsorship of the forum, so we will be able to show you all the details with pictures and links to our website. I dont want to push my luck with too much of a plug before this is done:redface:
Best wishes for the new year,
Mark
