hi all
just recently again my car done something wierd, i have a seat leon tdi110 and when going round roundabouts, a tad faster than normal coming out the roundabout it feels like the car goes into limp mode with no turbo and feels like it tries to cut out, but if i keep my foot down, the turbo eventually kicks backs in after about 5 to 10 seconds and everything is ok
no faults have showed on vag com, just wondered what the problem could be?
any help

Wonder if the fuel pump is on the way out, and doesn't have the power to feed the engine enough fuel when its cornering, although i would expect there to be some kind of fault code.

No idea, but it could be something simpler so don't price one up yet.
I had a thought after my first post. Have you checked all connections are secure and not frayed/damaged? If its ok on the straights, but cutting out on corners, something electrical may be loose.

If you've had any recent work done under the bonnet, check in that area.
Not sure otherwise mate, i'm just trying to give you ideas of something to look for. Without VAGcom giving clues, its hard to diagnose.

Could it be the oil not gettin to the turbo? remember reading some where when cornering to hard all the oil can move from the spot where it gets sucked up leading to lack of oil....

I think it was on the oil bible webby, have you checked the oil?(silly Q I know) when was your last oil change? or what fuel do you use?

Was it the TCS? mine always cuts the power but not for 10 secs( tho it feels it)
hit the go button and wait!! it spoils all my fun
