Hey all.

I've just got me a mk4 Ibiza Cupra 20v T and am looking at a few additions (despite this being the leave alone car!).
Just wondered if anyone had any fead back on the items below before I shell out any hard earned -

Koni top adjustables (daily driver so dont want it too harsh!)
Milltek non resonated exhaust
large bore intake pipe
Forge 007 recirc valve
BMC ind kit
Uprated anti rollbars (am open to ideas on this)

These are my starters as its a daily driver so I dont want to go too far at this point due to the need for reliability.

Thanks
Jimbo

wouldnt do the bmc filter as it dont fit in the engine bay! smooth the fins in the standard airbox cut the restrictive flaps out of the air intaske and uprate the element for a green pannel filter, coilovers do what you want standard cupra suspension is the worst bouncy and boat like! im 100% happy with my fk silverline + and they go the lowest ;) must sujest spacers to go with coilovers as the wheels look lost in arches without them and makes the car handle FAB with these too!

forge 007p is the best option yes

the forge turbo inlet pie is a great mod!!!

miltek non reinated is a lovely sounding exhaust same as mine but when car is lowered is a pain to fit! rattles on axle but with ALOT of fidling can be done :D whilst still being low!

front arb eibach or vrs are good upgrades!

i must also tempt you in a custom-code remap or a revo remap this will turn your car from a 180bhp car to a racey 210-220bhp!!!!! for around £300-£450! try a search as there is tonnes on this subject ;)

with all these mods above you are looking at around 230bhp!!! cant go anymore realy on standard turbo

hope this helps you out mate

'bhp sells cars but Torque wins races'

Famous words from the AC/Shelby Cobra Boss! ;)

I'd have one of each if it were me, actually - i'd have an Ibiza with a Supercharged VR6

When you say Koni top adjustables do you mean shocks and springs?

Because FK do a coilover with Koni shocks!

^^^^^don't think they were refering to derv torque though

back then AC/Shelby did some brilliant diesel engines didn't they ;)

back on topic, I said that I was gonna leave the Ibiza alone and I have apart from an air filter and some seat sport accessories
no remap, suspension or big brake mods because I am only keeping it till it's due its first mot then it's going and I don't want to loose money on mods that need to be removed before the PX

I find that the stock FR 20vt is plenty for normal everyday driving and going to-from work

it's 2 yrs old now but no I don't think I will be leaving the the seat brand
I'm gonna maybe hold on and see what the new MK5 FR or cupra looks like but as things are I'm very interested in the Leon FR PETROL with DSG :p
