Goodevening People,

As you can probably see i'm a new user to the Forum, My name is Daryl,my spelling is awful and I'm also a pround owner of a 03 Black LCR . First of all i'd like to say thanks for making buying my LCR so easy, I found out everything spec wise etc i could possibly need to know in no time. I have many questions regarding the car so here is my first :)

After owning the car for around a month and been for many drives with my mates lots of who own 20vt's its become apparent that my car is very fast. :) for what is ment to be 210 bhp model. Great you may think but what concerns me is that these people keep telling me my car may be remaped

I really hope the car is not remaped because the first mod on my list was a trip to jabbasport . Four of my good freinds use them and have never had any problems.

Now is there anyway of checking to see if the car is remaped ? or is it going to have to be put on the rollers to find out ?

Regards Daryl

do your friends own cooking model 1.8T's? world of difference from a 150bhp one to yours.

however, plumbing in a boost gauge will be the cheapest way of seeing.

perhaps you are just a much better driver than your mates!

Although I would like to think so i doubt it:redface:

I'v only had the car a matter of weeks and I'm still trying to learn what its like. The weather and general road conditions dont help. The esp cutts the power for what seems like ages but if you turn it off all hell breaks loose:drive1:
