i am goin to fit my cat back scorpian system tomorrow and while its up on the four-post i was thinking of gettin a stainless downpipe and de-cat made!

but as there are two lambda sensors there, i was wondering if i would get a fault up on the engine management system if a put the lambdas back in the new decat pipe?

what has anyone else done? has anyone else had any problems?

help appreciated!

thanx!

Yes you will because the sensors will detect that the cat isnt doing its job (because its not there) and will throw up a fault code and might put it into limp mode

oh rite

well i might be able to source an 100 cell hi flow cat and might fit that, do you think that may bring up faults?

because arnt the standard cats 400 cell?

i could just wait til its goes for a cc remap when i fit k03s that is sittin collecting dust!

Management lights, limp mode, running issues. Road side emissions tests. Plus the noise.
