The mk4 FR and Cupra usually lose due to the ride quality. The quality of the interior plastics doesn't help either though the price of the car usually discussed as the reason for this.

Ride quality maybe, but I dont see a problem with the interior plastics when
compared to French cars and a fair few Jap ones too.

Really not a fan of Mini's at all. I have an old one but the new ones....they just don't even look the part either imo. And they cost more than a 5 bed house.

I don't mind Mini's to be honest, nice little production and seems a successful move for BMW.

Clio's on the other hand, cheap French crap comes to mind :whistle:

I can't agree more. Hate all things french. I just think with the Mini's they're everything the last one wasn't. Old one, small outside, could get 4 in. New one, big outside, two seater! They ride horrible and I know my sister's sure as hell is VERY lifeless. Love my Beeza. :D
