As some of you may be aware of, I have had a few problems with a new turbo that has been fitted to my car.
Now the car is in limp mode and I have taken it for another dealership who for the time being will remain nameless.
The car still has warranty until early next year, they advised as another franchise had put the new turbo on, if that was the problem, they wouldnt cover it? Is this true?
I have dropped it off, and made them aware that the suspension, brakes, arbs arent standard but the problem it is in for is. Its simply the turbo, return oil feed pipe and a new thrust sensor and it should be fine.
Dropped it off at 11am after telling the head tech all this. They have since rang back (5 minutes ago) saying and I quote
For a start, why the hell say that after I made them aware of my cupra interior I dont know. But they say due to my H.I.D's they arent working on the car. Also the fault might be due to and I quote again
My reply, so your not covering the turbo problem as I have simply uprated the standard ARB bar, with a Eibach ARB, as that is the item you have said.
Im at a loss, I know anything to do with suspension isnt under warranty, and im aware generally they would touch any electric issue due to several things, like cupra light, rear lights and HIDs.
But its the turbo!? So.. what do to next? Im going to pick the car up today at some point? Case of just letting it go and trying a more helpful dealer? Or a SEAT UK jobbie and kick off?
Thanks for any useful replies!

after sales manager said:We are not willing to work on this car and the problem it has been brought in for as the car is no longer under warranty due to modifications done to the wiring.

after sales manager without a clue said:There is a metal bar that might stiffen the front up that is rubbing
