Just been reading the manual about the who S.A.F.E aspect of the car
Basicly saying when the car is locked the alarm is armed and the car is locked both from the outside handles and inside, and the central buttons and boot release won't work and of course dead locks.
Now most cars i have had to enable dead locks you press the lock button twice very quickly but to my horror i kept reading about voluntry disabling this all it takes is to press the lock button twice so no alarm, no disabling of internal locks but only no dead locks.
I had been locking my car on the most basic of settings!!
On a different note dose any one know on the large MDF where the alarm sound is i was looking in the manual but it say under the convience section and it is missing
