LoL - My friend was in my car yesterday afternoon and noticed me pulling it down, he said "Sack climate control and all that garbage, that is genius!"
Mine doesn't have one.
They're not expensive from the dealership I beleive.

its the same with all the new cars they just get more and more weird
the new leon looks not 2 bad but it aint the small fast sporty car that it used 2 b, its now about 3 times as long and a businessmans type of car
but that ibiza looks awful, i suggest gettin a mk4 model while u can

Ohhhhh, it's not all 1.4 TFSI in that tho. I was reading an article on Auto Express about this car. It has the 1.4 TFSI up front powering the 2 front wheels, and an electro hybrid motor with over 320Nm of torque / 45BHP to the rear wheels. That will explain the high torque that is delivered low down. It is however only a concept vehicle, and will unfortunatly not make it to production with the electro-hybrid drive, instead opting for a 2.0 TFSI to power up the "hot hatch" 4WD one.
The full name for the car is the A1 Metroproject. According to the guy who test drove it, it flies to 62 in 7.1, has about 130 CO2, and, the power is instant when the electro-hybrid thingie kicks in. It all sounds very clever and techno, and I want one if just for it's uber gorgeous looks alone!

Well the way I read it the engine itself pumps out 150hp and 240nm of torque, and the electric motor then adds another 40hp and 200nm of torque on top of that when its in use.
But seeing as maximum torque comes in at 1600rpm that would mean 440nm, meaning the engine itself would have to give out max torque at 1600rpm electric engine included or not. The electric engine itself is at full capacity at 1200rpm, whilst the engine is only giving out 80% max torque at that rpm!

Ditto - I jumped on the chance for a Cupra as soon as my finances were straightened out. Given the way the new beezer is shaping up, I may be keeping my Cupra for some time!i second that.... but i got my hands on a 07 plate Fr while i can
