Did you go over it in paintbrush or something? It does look like neat job, but Chromkey is literally 2 seconds of work :)

i really hope everyone realises this was just a bit of fun and i would NEVER consider doing something like that to my car.....

....on the other hand, maybe with some flared wheel arches...... ;)

you don't need to paste pics on top. Just select the wheel and mess around with the hue and stuff right? Or at least, that's how I used to do it!

Duplicating layers is a better way of doing it.

Editing the actual base-layer closes some doors.

Not the "pro" way :p

no seriously, most people do it with a piece of photo editing computer software called Adobe photoshop. Its not an easy piece of software to just pick up and start producing good results, you'll need to have an idea of what you want to do and then find a guide (or one of these new fangled things called books) to help you.

once you have the hang of it though, it becomes alot easier.
