white dials in my 2001 leon

hi all
just to query this, all my recent problems have been sorted so car is now runnig superb, vagcom sorted it all plus fuel filter change, nothing major( cheers for all your help guys). now i have some spare cash (i dont know if this has been spoke about before) i have a 2001 leon tdi with the black dials that go up to 140mph. i want the ones from the cupra tdi with the white face, but they go up to 160mph. is there anyone any of you can recommend me that can do excactly the same white face as the cupra dials but only us to 140 mph. i just want the template for them as they can be changed

i would be interested in this aswel as i am trying to sorce white dials for my 02 LC but with no luck.

Check my thread out, as i have recently had mines done(then reversed due to qulaity of dials) . few mins take the clusters out, but the only issue is dial card is self.
If you get the card from a face lift cupra with the same speeds. it should be bang one - staright swop. i wouldnt bother changing the whole cluster as it gona cost a bomb plus the reprogramming (P.s avoid stuff of flea bay £10 wasted )

Im not sure, you may want to ask ibiza boys as i dont know whats they top speed is on the clocks plus the cluster size may diffe from ours

yer thats the problem. the white facelift dials go up to 160 and the black ones go up to 140mph, this is the problem. there must be a place that can make them. take the black one out the cluster. take it somewhere and show them the white face and they must be able to make a white face that goes up to 140mph, surely somewhere must
maybe a few of us who want this done can come together and find a place and research it and maybe could do a group buy deal just an idea tho?

iVE TRIED tried lockwood but they don on ibiza clocks. You dont want to get cheap dials, as they look **** at night

i dont really want something else black again. i want the white dials like mad. seat want £300 for a cluster and 200 inc vat to fit and program them. far too much for me. theres gotta be a place that does them. makes the same template. do you think someone could photoshop them if a put a picture up of mine??

good picture but they still go up to 160 mph and plus i would want it black where all the symbols are for warnings. good pic anyyway
the same as this but tdi revs and 140 mph top end. this subject is killing me lol

yeh i removed mines - cheap crap, want them as well, but i dont want the whole custer just the dials.

Have you tried getting a hold if leon tdi cupra , they must have same speedo as yours.

if it was as simple as that, this thread would not of been needed. the problem i am trying to address accross is the cupra with tdi revs all go up to 160mph. i can put that in mine as mine only goes up to 140mph. this is the problem. that why i need some photoshop etc. same as my black ones but just in the white stlye. we will all finally get there in the end lol

u see in the pic there the dials look nice.. cos in the small square patch where the things such as engine lights etc.. the symbols cant be seen.. but imho the ones in the linked pic theyre horrible

I bought a brand new set off ebay for £20. They worked fine with my car but it messed the immobilizer up and now my original dials do not work. The trip computer didnt work either!
