A Few Questions (ive searched)

I have searched and ive read sooo many articles and its giving me a headache. Could anyone help with DEFINATE answers please? Im sure this will help everyone esle too.

1. How do I program a new key fob to my LCR using vag-com?

2. Ive read it is possible to have your windows fully close upon remote locking by editing code on the ECU using vag-com?

3. Ive read its possible to have your mirrors fold when remote locking by editing code on the ECU using vag-com?



I have read tons of posts regarding the above but no definate answer

For coding the transponder if needed i'd use the instructions on the Ross-tech site

eiditng code mate i already know about alien thingymajig and autowindows

a few peeps on here said they successfully altered the codes using vag-com to enable this

I've not known anyone do it without either that kit, or using the KVW100 unit (which i used on mine).
The vagcom method has been roumored to only work in DOS using a serial cable, but i'm yet to see anyone claim to have done it and provide proof.

Yes one use only for 1 car. Although you can recode the fob with it should you need to. Great mod for the price though. I'd have loved the reflex kit for the mirrors but disliked the look of all the wiring and panel removal
