not 'inaccurate' per sey, just that LCR's that run there get 280bhp/270lbft (now) - but historically that's not the case for LCRs:)

Back to wheel alignment. We have just got our VAG spec Hunter kit at the new shop now. Ive been playing with the settings on my car.

This is by far the best setup ive found.

Front camber at -1'40'
Front Toe at 0'00'

Rear Camber is usually about 1'30' to 1'50'
Rear toe is usually out of specs, but thats because lowering it messes it up. Somewhere around 0'30' will do.

The kit we have can also calculate bump steer. Wasnt cheap :)

Matt, try those settings and let me know.

Alex

caster?

Yeah i would imagine that grip is going to be an issue.

But the throttle isn't an on / off switch.

I will be going with Pete to Bruntingthorpe for another redline day so will get some good footage, and also some accurate 1/4 mile, 0 - 60 and 0 -100 mph times.

Pete's IHI mega beast did a 11.2 second 0 - 100 mph time with a cracked and warped exhaust housing, so god knows what mine will do.

Should be fun.
