hi all as the title says trouble with low boost again i decided to change the pipe on my turbo gauge the other day and since then my readings have been lower checked the pipe for holes nothing also been having problems with boost rising and falling about 1psi either way the car has been mapped a while ago it used to peak at 18/19 psi then tail off to 14/15 now i`m lucky if it peaks at 15 then tails off to 14 but the pull seems to have gone i did change the grren spring in my dv for the yellow one to try and solve the fluctuating boost problem it did a bit but not entirely gone dont know whether to go stronger spring or back to the weaker one also could it be the pipe size could that be killing the boost as i have brought 5mm hose is it to big cos all this turbo problems are really doing my head in now i`d sooner rather go out buy new part and hey presto all sorted but no such luck and one last thing don`t know if anyone had same thing but if i floor it boost doesn`t rise as much if i press peddle down maybe 3/4 maybe a tad more boost peaks more i`m confused any help guys would be great

Oh man.. Get some punctuation! Here are some useful punctuation marks you may like to consider using . , : and of course ?.

But yeh.. is the boost gauge itself completely sealed? Possible boost leak here and at DV side (courtesy of too weak a spring).

How are your hoses holding up? Remember to check from intercooler to the turbo itself.

Found it dead easy, just link it to the igntion for power and connect the vacum line pipe to the DV, asume theres a guide some on here, should help more

il get it proffesionally fitted locally..

shouldnt cost too much, what size gauge etc would you recommend? and also what pod?

The normal size is 52mm, there all types of pods, such as pillar mounted or standa alone.
Ive had mines mounted into the dash as i dont like it blocking the wind screen
