De-badged Honeycomb Grille

Just wondering if this is the same as the one which Widdowd has got on his cupra, as it looks slightly different in the photo though it was taken from the mattig website. If anyone could help me out it would be of many thanks.

I thought so to, as thats the only one on there website which has the horizontal slats but the top slat looks different to the one on his photo. Does anyone know if he had it altered slightly and removed the bit of plastic at the top of the grille?

Nope not altered it at all... Thats how it came.

Many thanks for the link, but how do you go about the postage as the drop down only has deutschland as an option? Im also interested in sourcing a stubby mirror but again on the german ebay they dont have uk as a delivery option .

Try contacting the seller and see what you can arrange.... Had stuff from Germany before and always contacted the seller before buying....as for the stubby mirror they can be sourced through a SEAT Dealer...

Cheers. You say that stubby mirror can be sourced from seat though i have read on here all the parts cost over £125 but i have looked on the german ebay and they do the complete unit for about 50 euros plus P&P so surely that would be cheaper then sourcing it from seat?

True.... but the choice is yours where you get it from....Just thought it would be easier through a dealer...

Yes true it would be. Well i shall see how i get on with the grill on german ebay and then that shall probabley make my mind up for me. Thanks for the advice.

Well i have tried the german ebay and still no reply. I contacted awsome gti as they are distributors of mattig but they are unable to source it. They said best bet is to get in contact with a german company. They gave me a name and contact number for one so i shall give them a try tomorrow.

I have tried the website which awsome gave me www.tij-power.com but i cant seem to get through on there telephone and there site doesnt have an english language translator. I have contacted mattig direct through there website so im awaiting a reply. If ya have any luck sourcing it elsewhere please let me know.
