Well as u all know the car is likely to be a write off, so just wondering what everyone thinks the payout for a 1.2 53 plate with shy of 60k on the clock is going to be.

Also I just got a quote for a 1.9tdi sport pd100 for £2200 which isnt too bad and that was with my claim on, considering Im paying 900 for my 1.2 with my dad as the named driver, this would be on my own as well. Just wondering what everyone thinks I should be paying for a PD100 with say about 60k on, not to botherd about mileage as I only do about 6k a year.

Also what the everyone thinks of the pd100, know they arnt a 130 but I quite like them.

You might be lucky to get £3.5-4.5k for yours mate, then around £5-6k for a decent 100bhp TDI, they're nice, very punchy engine! :D

Why did they stick it in there for?

My mates brother in law got a PD100 brand new the other day. It does go very well. Would be a very big step up from your 1.2!

Yes its a very nice motor. Sounds very grunty/meaty aswell, much too nice for a diesel lol. He got his in the same colour as me so now whenever I go to my mates house they all think its him!

i think i pissed off a 07 plate diesel bmw, but he pissed me off pulling out of the dual carridgway while i was going round the roundabout which made me heavily break so i kind of pushed my car a little more than useual lol he did not like me overtaking him tho.... pd100's arnt slow ;)

100bhp SX or Sport - before the facelift will be cheaper mate, new ones are £10k or so...

I'm sure one like mine - a 56 plate one with 20k miles on, would be fair bit cheaper than 10k :(.

If you keep your Cupra Bumper you could look for a plat grey pre-facelift one and pop the bumper on that!

not botherd about the bumper matey, gona have just shy of 5k to spend on one, but want one with 60k on and prefaclift if I can, I only do about 6k a year so milage isnt a big factor for me
