It doesnt seem to be pulling like its 200bhp+

first is fine, second can have a bit of a delay and then it kicks in and all the other gears are the same,

comes to a stand still then kicks...

what could be causing this?

It also doesnt seem to want to exceed 120ish (private track) my saxo was only 130bhp and it used to reach those sort of speeds with ease...

something is isnt right as Everyone elses seems to be awesome at 200bhp:confused:

Im going to put the standard DV on later and see if that does anything..

I am right in saying the car shouldnt be delaying and then shooting off then delaying then shooting off in all the gears should it

As said, get it on VagCom. I've had sililar hesitation issues in the past. Could be your MAF or coilpack playing up.

Around £70 + your old one at any VAG garage. Try unplugging it and going for a spin. If it drives better with it unplugged then thats more than likely your problem. If it drives the same then its probably something else.

No, the ECU will run on a preset MAF reading, it'll be fine, unplug it and give it a good ragging. Although i wouldnt drive it for more than a few days unplugged though.

that will be the realtime mpg (not really much point having it on that) the average mpg is the one to look at so its prob nothing to do with it

Lol why's it showing up like 140mpg on the realtime one?

the average is showing about 23-26

I couldn't take the maff off I didnt realise it needed torx to take it off, il have to give it a go later...

If its the maf thats faulty will the car run well with a smooth constant boost rather than the short blasts?
