We've all got rattles. We own Seats!

You need to work out what's rattling. Get a mate to listen while you're driving. Have them hold or push on various bits of trim until you figure out what the cause is.

Then, find something to wedge in it, stick to it, slide around it etc...

itl be the ducting hose that runs directly behind the dash/airvents can be solved by taking trims off either end of dash (when door is open) and ramming a sponge/cloth between the ducting hise and the dash this will cure that ive got it but only happens when i go over a jolty bump so not bothered also as quoted before its a seat rattles are a charactaristic! ;)

It's still 10x better (at least) than my Clio...

The only time I hear any rattles is over sharp bumps and potholes. There's nothing if you're just cruising along. I've got a few ideas though...

I just glued some felt onto the bits at the side of the boot that the parcel shelf rests on - I think mine was rattling badly (the edge of the parcel shelf is quite hard and it was resting on a solid plastic shelf). I've had a few beers so won't be going out to test the results tonight!
