Exhaust Manifold - Worth it?

Hi ,
I was browsing E-Bay and saw this, is it worth getting one? Will i notice much difference? We fiited one on my mates car (Evo IV) which i know is a different car entirely but felt a difference.

Richy, i wouldn't touch one of those with a barge pole for the following reasons:-
That company has a bad reputation.
That mani doesn't look equal length at all.
The mani is meant for K04-01 turbos and not the K04-02x versions which the lcr is.

I did notice it wasn't an actual equal length.
I didn't realise there was more than 1 K04 that's handy to know.
Do you know of any other companies that do an exhaust manifold? Also is it actually worth upgrading it? And 1 more thing do you reakon i could fit it myself?
