anyone thinking of doing a carputer?

I've got a 7" touch screen and double din facia cut to shape
but i really cant be arsed to fabricate it and do the install

I might just sell it, anyone else doing one at the moment for the leon? if so how far along are you, i've run out of motivation and was hoping to steal someone elses

yeah that was cool
however, loads of hassle
it looks amazing once its all in mind!

just dont seem to have the energy to complete it
i might advertise the screen and facia in the classified section and just get a HU with an SD slot and leave it at that

took it out because of reliability. HDD just wasn't up to the job, and ss media was expensive at the time.

Plus with the added laws of not being allowed to adjust sat nav system or use mobile phones in cars, i couldn't be bothered to risk using one - soon we won't be allowed to change gear, let alone look at a carputer screen
