refund from westec??

hi there

anyone ever manage to get a refund from them?? placed an order from them over three months ago, everytime i called them they say they'll sorted it and should get it by next week. now i'm just sick of waiting and just want my money back,their website seems to be down and called them noone answers.

Website down and noone answering the phone? MY guess is that they've done one. If they have and you paid by debit card or cheque then unfortunately you've lost your money. If you paid by credit card then as m0rk said give your card company a call.

Not heard of anything to do with them closing, havent spoken to grant in a while tho, but last time i did they were busy as usual.

Was it definitely a credit card you used? Because debit cards (visa debit & maestro) don't offer the same protection.

yep definately a credit card cause i only used it because it has 9 months interest free lol. i have a friend thats works in the same bank as my credit card so shes going to let me know where i stand on this

oh one more thing, anyone know the number of the site vagproducts or any other way to get in touch with them (besides emailing them)?? bought a kvw100 from them over 2 weeks ago still not recieved it yet, email them couple of time and no reply.

Ive ordered a couple of things from VAG Products, the second being a KVW100, which i also had to email to chase delivery, As promised it turned up, no other problems with them.

one thing that surprises me is even though you hear so much bad things about them there still people using them.

we need billboards all round uk warning people about them
