Ok, i have just purchased one of these for my Mini, a few users on the mini owners site have fitted them for information. Assume they will also work on most VAG cars with OBDII ports.

Seem to display quite a lot of info and only works out about 90 dfeliviered. Will let you know how i get on once it turns up.

on the mini it si 2 secs, just plug into OBD2 port and run cable to under switches, comes with velcro to secure, however you could mae up a proper holder.

can you get a holder for it to fit into a single din slot? If so reckons I will get one

Looks good to me, this could be fit on all seats, not just the mk4. Get a guide/review up if you get one Mr Guinness

works out as £85.80, so save just over a 5er

with a hole cut in for it, could go under the CD player and look smart also would get rid of that silly shelf

yeah looks like a good idea! stick a vertical panel onto the cubby hole and then stick the velcro on! although there may be a lil gap, should still look good!

Quick Q - where is the OBDII port on Mini's? behind the Glove Compartment?

virtually the same place as in the Mk4 SEAT, down underneath the drivers little shelf bit, mine is on its way and should be with me by the weekend.

I've got my car in with Van Aaken on the 30th to get a new exhaust fitted. But they have asked whether they can test scanguage on the car as well.

Should be interesting. I think there is a new version coming out soon as well.
