Totally agree - I have a whole list of stories from my experience of purchasing the Leon, add that to the rubbish customer service and constant phone calls.
Where do I start
maybe with the day I brought in the part exchange for inspection only to get a call from the same bloke the same day asking when im bringing in the car for inspection.
or- the day I came in with all my old docs for them to photocopy as requested only to be ushered into an altea (he thought I was there for a test drive
)
or-being told im lucky I got a tax disc cause he just sent a customer off with a new Leon and forgot to give him it.
or-being told collection date was thurs am and after taking day off work being told he didnt know what I was doing there as he never releases a vehicle till after 4:30pm
but best was when I asked how the boot button worked and after he played with it for a bit he told me to press boot and unlock buttons simultaniously twice in quick succession. Only to get home and read manual and find he had actually deactivated the alarm
