what are the setting to turn the sps3 too for maximum power on a lcr 225? i run the car texaco 97 fuel.

You need to follow the sps .pdf guide posted in the Revo forum. You need access to vag-com aswell.
Different cars are going to have different settings. I did some logging today and settled on T7 B6. Timing at 7 is right on the limit though so may have to drop to T6. That's on V-Power with the mods in my sig.
