I would like to see it clean and shiny, I reckon it will look alot better!
My Personal opinion
1) As you have said your changing them, fair enough, but I dont like the current wheels.
2) Tints look OK
3) Exhaust looks JAP, but fair enough if ya like it
4) Foglights are a no no IMO (which you have already commented on lol)
Car looks much better LOW aswell. Debadged rear looks good as always. Are you lights smoked or just dirty? lol
Other than that a nice looking Ibiza I think...

I saw some brand new cupra skirts on ebay the other day and as far as i know you can fit either mk2 or mk3 skirts on the ibiza.
Yeh all i did to mine when i had it was slammed it on coilovers(spax),alloys,mirrors,exhaust oh an uprated the front brakes. And took of the front splitter and cut it out,messed it black and colour coded it,colour coded the back splitter aswel but seeing that yours is already black wont make much diference lol

The spotlights are a 2 min job.
Those AEZ wheels are alright, id look for some second hand wheels if i were you. Brand new wheels are way overpriced.
To be perfectly honest i dont like tints either. I probably would have put them on mine in the past if it wasnt so expensive!!!

I like the subtle tint of the rear lights... look good on the black, better than the REALLY dark smoke ones anyhoo.

The one thing id say is fair shout to you, most other young lads are driving round in some scraper nova or something but you got yourself a decent car so people cant knock you for that mate

exactly, most people my age or just a bit younger around here have puntos, saxo, corsas, clios etc all fairly old.
I bought mine because I worked and saved for it! My brother has done the same (hes worked hard and got himself a 54 Megane - that horrible looking thing), then all we get from folk is, just because your posh! Bollocks to that! People that really know us know we aint, yeah my step dad is loaded, but we dont see any of that money. we pay for our car, insurance, board, tax, everything! (unlike a couple of lads i know whos parents give em between 5k and 10k for their 18th!)

Thought I'd park forward into a bay for a change and see if front goes over kurb. was about a standard height kurb, maybe a bit smaller

I make people get out the car. Less people inside = less weight!
I can fit 1 adult and 1 child sized person in my car as well as me driving.
When ever i go away in me car camping or montain biking, i just increase the height a few threads. Adjustables
