Picked up the Leon FR today..... LOVE IT!

should a diesel be that quick? it's awesome

first time ever owning a diesel, just having to be careful with the revs.....

Definately chose the right colour, was a little worried as I had never seen one in the flesh until I picked mine up, phew ..

PS. Love it, but still pining for my mk1....

I love my TDi - my nickname for the car is the "tarmac muncher" as it just eats the road up!

Just filled the beast up today after getting 512 miles out of a tank which I'm pretty happy with!

Don't get me wrong, I loved my MK3 Ibiza Cupra and still miss it, always will, but the FR gives me one heck of a buzz too in a different way.

Enjoy loads of miles in your new car no-fear. Your car will look awesome in the candy white!

Diesel Particulate Filter

Stops the soot out the exhaust, catches it all in a filter, then once every now and again super heats the filter to 600 degrees (i think) and burns it off. Thus you have non-smoky diesels

Welcome to the Candy Club.

Some people dont know what my car is, some bloke thought it was a Maserati because it looks so sporty in white .

I get loads of stares, definitely worthwhile, especially considering I had no idea what it looked like before I orderered it. , just a 'clicky' box on the SEAT website. I didnt even testdrive the model until 6 weeks after I had placed my order

I was in exactly the same situation, just a couple of pics to go by, and never got the time to test drive one...

Definately made the right choice though, fantastic car and even better in white
