Having a gander at a few motors at the moment and looing for something a tad reliable. Not sure why but having some troubles with the Mini at the moment, so just having a look at what else is out there, oh and the little thing of needing a new clutch on the mini which costs £1000 for a standard one is making thinking of changing back to what i know. Only a maybe as ii really do love the mini and it might be just be arough patch of ownership if you know what i mean.....lol

anyway, this is the car, 05 plate Cupra 1.8T but jut seems too cheap, and looks like remapped so thought somebody off here might recognise it.

Don't recognise it, but was shaking my head at the comment "All seats have head restraints for enhanced comfort". Head restraints are there mainly to protect you (eg from whiplash) in the event of an accident!

There will be a few bargains to be had away from the main dealers providing you choose carefully.

exactly, trouble is i just come in now from a long drive on my own ( yep if you don't reply to people's text about going out they all sod off without you) and i got to say despite the silly little niggles the Mini is still so bloody addictive, especially when you have taken great delight in showing a scoby a clean pair of heels.

But i don't know what it is with me, but i have got a hankering for a 1.8T Ibiza, but if i do it i know the same old drill, £500 on this another £500 on that then a nother £500 here, and then knowing me i'll say " umm fancy a tdi again" !!!. If that Ibiza was closer i would have popped out to have a look,

Actually maybe i fancy a 3.2 v6, had a look at a nice TT tonight 3.2 and DSG, umm and a 350Z there cheap now. I must be one of the only people who would prefer o look at autotrader than ****.

ant i went for the r32 to stop myself spending bits on mods like remaps brakes suspension, at least it will for a little while an im better off only thing is the fuel on the 3.2 is stupid 60 quid will get me 250 miles around town and few 30 miles trips

time for a MINI adventure
i pay £30 for 300 miles in my Polo...due to the small tank and allot of town driving...getting 35mpg tho which ain't too bad! Fantastic car tho! Love her to bits, and not common, so a high air of desiribility and understated looks with the red grille....emmmmmm

I must admit I'd rather have a Golf anyday over a Mini now that I've driven another one recently, but I'd go for a new 30th Edition or a 25th Anniversary GTi 180
