Inlet Manifold

Hi guys im after an uprated inlet manifold and have seens bils one and jbs's, i think i remember seeinf bills results from his one and seemed pretty good and was wondering if anyone knows of jbs's version..

Wanting to get one this friday and would like to know from people who know or have either one to see what they think..

And i presume its best to get an uprated gasket to, to make things nice and cooler

yeah see that kez but compared to the others it seems a bit small and restrictive really and cheap (never thought i'd say that haha)

Best proven flowing inlet indpendant tests which included the RMR one jbs sell, is the 007 mani.
flow benched highest numbers as shown on the link I posted a while back.

features it has which contribute to the higher flow are raised off the plenum floor radius ram pipes and taper plenum.

RMR is a pretty manifold with excellent CNC machining & finish. The design of the 007mani is fabricated, cast plenum and whilst not as "bling" in the wow factor looks wise to a billet cnc one, its function is clearly superior where it counts, which is actual airflow.

If considering BT consider an R32 throttle bodied version on largeport. (phenolic insulator gasket transition available to go largepor to smallport head. not ideal but better than nothing) - BT mode, not k04 mode.

also sorry bill what is this insulator gasket transition, is that do with the diff sizes in holes on the head of the car?

also could i still use this even before i go BT?

id say to go for bills one , he has it on his ibiza and it must be upto the job , who else do u know ho is running over 500bhp , the stats look good as well in his badger 5 section

yes is true will prob go for bills as soon as he gets back to me with a price looks like largeport with transition for now and r32 tb, then consider getting my head inlarged

The transition phenolic gasket adapts from smallport to largeport on the cylinder head yes.
One other feature of the 007 mani is the injector shrouding, which is horrible on some of the "bigger" manifolds.. Injector mountings protrudes into the airstream badly affecting airflow from the flowbench tests done. 007 man has its injectors sitting outside of the airstream to the ports, port nozzles just poking flush.
