Heres my prob...

My car is Stage 2 map, Forge 006, FMIC, stock TIP...

suddenly my DV stopped working and the "lovely" chatter sound comes to my ears...

i though that the vacuum might have popped out...

but under the bonnet everything was OK

on the road again... and here it is!!! DV i working... but only for 3 or 4 shifts, then chatter sound again... :censored:

I went home, get the 006 in my hands and made a leak test.... PERFECT!!!

Vacuum hoses... OK

006 back in its place and on the road again... dv runs OK but only for a few blocks.... then, chatter again... [:@]

Since last day this is the way my cars runs... sometimes the DV is working, sometime is not...

What might have been...

ps. is there a chance that the N249 has failed???

The vacuum line of the top of the 006 isn't catching on your aircon pipe and causing it to kink?
I had a 006 on my Mk3 and they are close to that aircon pipe, if your engine had too much movement it could touch here, try rocking the engine for movement.

A vaccum hose on the n249 was blown, so i made the bypass using 3mm hose.
Now dv is working and the car pulls better... BUT dv doesn't sound as loud as before!!!

Can it be by the 3mm hose (doesn't fit 2 good on the dv), should i use 4mm???
