Last week there was an 05-plate yellow Cupra TDI listed for the Edinburgh Car Auctions site. I think it was going in the sale on Friday but no idea if it sold or not. Just thought it might be of interest...?

Brand new facelift FR.

They had reduced it for £750 that weekend.

Traded in my 1.4 Ibiza, which still had Seat finance against it. So only got about 1.5K from that.

Came to around 11K in the end. Didn't get any extras as I wanted the car on the 1st of March and this one was already built and in the country.

I bought my fr tdi brand new in march with all the extra's apart from xenon lights(as they are a rip off) no trade in cash purchase for £12500 sounds bad looking at some of the deals you guys have got but with all the extra's added on the price was alot higher can't remember how much they quoted me to start with but took about 2 weeks of negotiating!!

If you got in new in March you must have good spent a bit on it already! I'm guessing at somewhere around £3K. Did you consider a Cupra instead?
