Not telling the insurance company about modifications, having a bump and not getting paid out for upgraded parts is one thing, they probably aren't too interested in remaps and turbos then.
The day you run someone over and kill them I can assure you that so many people will be looking for a reason to throw the book at you modifications to the car will be discovered. If the insurance company is not aware I would expect big trouble! Its also important that all modifications are installed correctly and are safe on the car for exactly the same reasons.

i hate the fact that people look at the car when they hit a pedestrian. If your stupid enough to walk out in front of a car doesnt that say it all?
Im probably biased as i lived in southall and the number of kids that would play chicken all day.
also when the bus stopped near this busy rounderbout everyone would get out and immediatly cross the road from the front suid e of the bus. so theyd just appear in front of you. i had a few close calls, and saw at least a dozen people that had been hit by cars and actually saw 1 get it and that was definatly the kids fault trying to run between two cars.
