Yeah - I have one of these experimental camshafts of Allards in mine. Not sure if it really is making much difference to stock, but I'm loving my current performance. Below is a graph done at the weekend. The cam seems to making the power run well into the redline (well, it would if it went past 4600, where it's still putting down 240 horsies)

Performance cams will only net you worthwhile gains if:
- they're adequately profiled
- you have a 'big' turbo fitted. No noticable gains on standard VNT17's.
- the remap takes advantage of the cam - some knowledgable tweaking needed to take advantadge of all the hardware performance bits already fitted...

what mods have you done Devonutopia to get that kind of power?

Basically running Allards Stage 4 setup, but without modified injectors (got lpg instead) and with this experimental cam. Even they don't know much about it, but then I've always taken new untested things on, and it seems to have done well for me. :)

Im getting Turbo Dynamics to hybrid a PD 150 turbo for me that will support 250bhp, bought an intercooler kit and clutch kit from Allards and getting the exhaust de-catted with 2 1/2 inch downpipe straight through to the back box. While im spending thought i might as well go for as much as i can but if the camshafts dont do much then i dont think ill bother. Devonutopia do the standard injectors cope ok with your 260bhp?

I believe they cope fine, and I suspect as my map is so clean, they're not actually injecting at full chat. This is something I'm following up with Allards as I reckon if the fuelling can increase, so can the boost = more power.
