welcome to the forum! :D

the search feature will be your best friend with most of your questions in future as most problems, mods or ideas have been tried and tested many times! ;)

a splitter goes on the front of your car, at the bottom front edge of your front bumper.
you'll find a pic when you do a search, you will also find a good fitting guide iirc! ;)

Guys, Typing all that would have just been easier to answer the question? Or at least give the chap a link?

John, They're about £18 from a dealers I think (PN - 1ML805903). They're easy to fit with self-tapping screws - make sure you get the front central and nicely underneath the front bumper, then trim the bits that stick out into the wheel arch. Whether it would look good is personal opinion mate, but they tend to look good anywhere they're stuck :D

the splitter fits most cars, not exactly, but well enough.
its also slightly bendy.

you may have to cut down the two central columns and perhaps cut the ends off which protrude into the wheel arches depending on what car it goes on.

self tapers to fit. some have sealed it also, but id not recommend this.
after all if you do catch it best the spliter breaks off than the whole bumper.
tip.
extra pair of hands and getting the car high off the ground is recommended.

Hi All,

Sorry to drag this one out of the archives a bit...

Does anyone have a pic of the LCR splitter on a prefacelift Ibiza Sport?

Been searching for ages but can't find one.

Cheers

Mike
