Spark plug problem possibly?

Hi Guys

What are the symptoms of failing spark plugs?

Are they easy to change also on a Leon 1.6s?

rough running, try replacing them , they are only around 12-16quid for a set.

Misfires, rough idle, jagged power delivery, poor fuel consumption.... it would be easier if you described the symptoms you're experiencing and let us try and advise what the problem might be.

ok the symptoms ive got is basicaly 8 times out of ten the car starts perfectly... on the odd occasion it wont turn over on the first attempt and on the second attempt ive got to give it some gas via the pedal to get it going.

Ignition coil? my old 16v had to have it replaced round the key on the ignition barrel as it refused to start quite often.

what are the best plugs for 1.6 SX LEON.

standard ones mate, plugs dont really increase power, more a reliable spark etc for smoother running.

the collant sensor is the senor that measure the radiator coolant. Do a search
