It will stay clean for about 10 seconds as I practically live on a building site.

Negotiated the "Protection Pack" for free. Which is basically the Autoglym interior and exterior coating. Not sure if it is any good or not, will let you all know.

Congrats for your choice - it's nice and cool the MY2008 LC ...:)[B)]

What's exactly the protection pack ...??? Is it both factory and dealer fit, and if it is the latter, what do the exterior and interior coatings form Autoglym consist of ...??? I supose that the exterior coating is the transparent film they apply to cover the car and protect it from stone-chips... What is the interior coating then ???

The Protection Pack is what the dealer calls it and is the Autoglym Lifeshine product. It is some sort of protective coating applied to the inside and outside of the car, not a plastic film but some sort of polish type thing if you know what I mean.

It's been pouring down today and you can see the rain drops resting on the roof unlike the cars around it, so it must do something.

Also got a nice bag full of Autoglym products to help keep the car nice.

Also got the Convenience Pack as a factory fit extra (it happened to be on the car I ordered) which I thought would be a waste of money but has proved quite useful today.

I fell lucky buying the car and managed to take delivery in 7 weeks. As far as I know, the dealership I bought it from had ordered the car for either stock or showroom, so was already in the system waiting to be built. They just allocated this car to me for handover as soon as it arrived.
