VAG_COM(aka chemical AL ;) ) brought this up as no communication.i need to find out if this is going to result in a failed MOT.
car shows door open no matter what, even when ignition is off.
windows are in-op(this gives me a strong suspicion it will fail) remote central locking is in-op and the key will only lock and unlock 3 doors(3rd has to be done by hand and then shut.

as a matter of urgency i need to MOT the car(for reasons i cannot divulge).
yet need to get on the case with this control module.

ANY proper info for any of the above welcome.piss takers need not reply. thanks.

to answer your last text al(i think the ludlow mobile phone mast must have fallen down again) door control locks all barr the passnger door as per the last 2 years.
its back as it was basically. MOT tomorrow.once i have this done i can breath a fooking big sigh of relief. We have made a monumental **** up with regards to MOT so we NEED this first.1/2 2 tomorrow its in for MOT.none of the above is an MOT failure so i am happy in that dept.

I don't think window operation or door locking is part of the MOT.

If you're getting a display up showing a door open (when it's not open) similarly I don't think an electrics fault like that would mean an MOT fail.

Fingers crossed it passes Jase.

well the cars full of mot and tax now.
still getting the probs with the doors/windows.removing and replacing the fuse once or twice a day is fine at the mo,but its going to piss me off,and going to fail completely
