Assuming you have taken the reasonable steps so far of talking to them, explaining your position and requesting a full refund, next step is to write to them explaining the same, give a reasonable amount of time in which to make a refund (say, 7 or 14 days), and that if yo udo not receive it then you will pursue the matter through small claims court.

Don't start quoting BS about cans of whoop ass, thats for sure.

If the item was over £100, and you paid with a credit card (not debit card), then you may well be able to pursue it from your credit card company, who in turn can then sort it out with Westec.

What he said is good advice^^^

Don't make threats on here, because we will ban you! ;)

There is suitable legal recourse for you to take, trading standards etc.

The laws apply to an English company trading in England - so there is no problem at all. The fact that the seller might be out of the country is irrelevant.

You should find a strongly worded letter stating if they don't settle the matter to your satisfaction you will take them to court will do the trick.

i agree mate, you should write a strongly worded letter indicating you intent. They should listen. i'd give them a week or so to reply, if after that, you receive nothing then id take things a step further. Just as long as you have proof of purchase e.g. a receipt or bank statement showing the money being paid.

maybe not, but some of these people you see advertised on tv are actually very good. No win no fee stuff. As long as you have the evidence to support your claim then there is no reason as to why you wouldnt win

I won 2 court cases now but still haven't got any money back. You can easily get judgment (as long as you are rightfully owed something) but getting the money is a much harder job.
