anyone put new leon cupra seats in mk4 ibiza?

iv been thinkin about goin for new seats, i really love the new leon cupra seats and was wondering has anyone on here fitted them to a mk4 or looked into it?

its just an idea at the moment so havent looked into it but im guessin new runners would be needed? any idea on cost or any other input would be appreciated

I was thinking about that and also the leon cupra gear stick to go into my ibiza cupra!

yeah i wouldnt mind the gear stick either, the steering wheel looks sweet too but id like to get new seats soon, the ones in the mk4 cupra just dont give enough support when ur givin it some round bends. They look ok but the leon cupra ones are far better looking, and look a lot more supportive as well.

I thought you couldn't use them in a 3 door because they don't fold forward.

A few people ave mentioned this before and from what ive heard its an absolute bitch 2 do, i think i only know of 1 person on her who has bucket seats in.

they wont fold in as they come from a 5 door, what about r32 seats they tilt and if you can get runners sorted would be nice

yeah i wouldnt mind coz iv been contemplating strippin out the back of the car anyway, just wanted to see if anyone had done it already.

r32 seats are crackin so could be a good option coz strippin the back is a bit of a drastic measure!

My 3 door 206 passed it's MOT with fixed back bucket seats in, so it wont be a prob if you never have anyone in the back....(ahem)

my hearts still set on the leon seats and to be honest i couldnt care less about the back seats, i hate havin passengers in the back making a mess, scuffing the plastic and gettin muck everywhere!!!!

need to think about it, it will be a big project stripping the back

£300 for the leather seats, sub frames will be a few beers plus metal

Back is easy to take apart, did it in mine in 2 mins flat, could look good left out and false floor in with carpet?

yeah if i was to do the back id like to do it properly with roll cage etc so maybe i'll wait and see how your seats look before i start rippin out seats!!
