Was looking at the interior of my car and i need to brighten it up alittle. Im gonna do little things like gear and handbrake gaiters etc, but i thought of something for the dash....

I was thinking of getting sum of that carbon fibre effect film stuff (Probably in silver.)
and putting it on the dash in the centre (around the CD player, heater controls etc) and some around the airvents.

Was just wondering what people think about this idea??

Not sure whether it will look good etc etc

Thanks in advance.

Bad idea

Just my two cents.

I just think it looks best in black and standard. If you were going to do it properly and get it lined in alcantara or leather then it might look good but the cheap plastic will look well..... Cheap and plasticy.

So just get the black carbon sheets?? I was thinking about getting some of the Richbrook Carbon Fibre sheets. You can get silver carbon effect stuff, but i think that wont look that good.

Im only thinking this cos i need to improve the interior/dash with as little effort as possible.

yeah black carbon would look good. not to in your face, like silver would be. but if silvers what you want then do it. you can always pull it off if your not happy

Im undecided on which one to get!? Thats why im after opinions. Think i will just get the black stuff then i can get a gear/handbrake gaiter in either black or dark grey to match.

If i got the silver stuff i wud have to get the silver gear/handbrake gaiter to match it

not sure about the speaker grills. not sure it would go on and look right. as not sure there's enough area for you to stick it on. but all the other bits so god to me
