Yeah good point they have basically switched it to an actual full BOv by doing that haven't they
were as you are still limiting the amount it can release.

Yeah exactly, i think i'm gonna put it back to how it should be tonight and see if there's any difference. I think i'm gonna tighten the spring also as i've only turned it 2-3 clicks.

Yeah well i've already got mine turned 3 to 3 1/2
but im running standard mapping at moment 9no remap
and im sure im still loosting boost at full revs.
Its just a matter of playing around with it really isn't it.

I've been out tonight playing with my Split-R and I've currently got it set at about 4 1/2 turns, I'm loosing about 2-4 psi with it set as it is so I need to play with it some more - I keep burning my fingers everytime I adjust it though!

Yeah thinking about getting one but trying to decide whether it is really worth it as i always thought the closer the DV was to the turbo the better.

But not only does it keep it cooler it also stops it being to tight an clutter up there at the top of the bay :funk:
